On Site All the Time

In the Spring of 2005 we decided to look for a pool contractor to install a pool in our back yard. We spoke to our neighbours looking for recommendations and many of these neighbours had used larger companies who sub-contracted the work. We didn’t want this and one of the reasons we went with Aqua Clear is because Reid was going to be on-site every time work was being done.

We sought quotes from three companies and we asked them about their work and any sub-contracting plans. After having a representative of each company visit us and discuss prices and options we felt ourselves looking for reasons to give our business to Reid Kyd. There were several reasons for this: his many years in the business, his obvious knowledge and expertise, his ability to pull everything together and supervise the operation himself. The main reason is much harder to quantify. It seemed we just liked something about him. He gave us confidence that he could be trusted to do a good job. We did trust him and he did a great job for us. When our garden was dug up we thought we were in for some major expenses since it was full of massive rocks. All the way through Reid re-assured us that it would all work out fine. He was right. It did. We are delighted with Reid’s work. Reid takes great care and he does most of the work himself. He takes great pride in his work because he understands that his reputation is his business. Reid is very careful with whom he recommends for other jobs like installing gas or electrical appliances and he only recommends people whom he trusts. We have recommended Reid to our friends and neighbours and we still use the services of his company for opening and closing our pool every year. The professionalism of Reid’s installation services runs to the company’s opening and closing services too.

We have received no financial inducement to write this honest report but if Reid feels he would like to offer us a discount on our pool opening we would gladly oblige him ;-) (You don’t need to include this bit in your web site).
